Purrcasso Art & Craft Gala

Josh and I are participating in Purrcasso again this year! Purrcasso is an art and craft auction and gala that benefits the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society in Berkeley, CA. We went with something much simpler than last year due to time constraints, but recently found out the deadline had been extended! Sooo... we'll probably do another piece :) If you'd like to donate or submit a piece, check out the link above! Great chance to have your work hang among some of the greats in the industry :) yay for cute kitties and pudgy puppies!!

Here is our first submission. We made a set of sister images using cut watercolor paper, acrylics, needle felt and color-aid paper. They also have matching frames :)

Paris Fashion Week

I dunno about you, but I am a lil obsessed with fashion, even tho I wear nothing but t-shirts and jeans and honestly haven't worn a pair of heels in 6 months. This is a doodle I did of a piece by Dany Atrache. Have u seen his gowns?! Killer.

P.A.W.S

This past weekend I was lucky enough to get a walking tour through the PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society) elephant and tiger sanctuary in San Andreas, CA. The sanctuary is home to 9 asian and african elephants and over 20 tigers, all were resuced from terrible living conditions in either zoos, circuses, or from private owners. The place was breathtaking beautiful and the people there were truly masters of their craft. It was an amazing experience! I could have fed those elephants all day long :) and I don't think they would have minded a bit :) If you would like to donate please go to their website!
